Inspection content of wire and cable

The inspection standard of wire and cable is to implement a combination of two methods of "gateway" and "prevention first". The content of wire and cable inspection of product quality is not only a single inspection of product quality, but also the inspection of various links that affect the product quality, such as raw materials and production processes. Therefore, in terms of product quality inspection, the scope and items of inspection are relatively large. In general, the content of wire and cable product quality inspection includes the following aspects:

2. Inspection of mechanical equipment for manufacturing wires and cables;
3. Inspection of jigs, molds, process equipment used in manufacturing wires and cables;
4. Supervise and inspect the structure card of each process of manufacturing wire and cable.
5. Inspection of various formulas used in manufacturing wires and cables;
6. Factory inspection after completion of wire and cable;
7. Inspection of manufacturing wire and cable production environment;
8. Inspection of measuring tools, weighing instruments and meters for manufacturing wires and cables.
